BUILT BY PRODUCERS
FOR PRODUCERS.
Kick Forge Audio isn't a label, a corporation, or a sample-pack mill. It's two producers who got tired of fighting their own kicks — and decided to build the tool they wished they had when they were starting out.
HOW IT STARTED.
Kick Forge Audio was built out of years of shared sessions, late nights, and real-world testing. We've been working side by side for over 20 years — in studios, on stages, and behind the scenes — including work that has ended up on club and festival mainstages.
Along the way, we kept running into the same problem: seeing talented producers spend years chasing the right punch, clarity, and weight in their kicks. That's where the idea for Kick Forge Audio started.
We wanted to give something back to the community and help shorten that learning curve. So we decided to open up our own vaults and share the exact standard of kicks we've trusted for years. Not to sell a shortcut — but to help fellow producers spend less time endlessly tweaking, and more time actually making, and more importantly, finishing great music.
“If it's not good enough for our own tracks, it doesn't go in the vault.”
WESLEY
As Aftershock, I've been lucky enough to play my music on some of the biggest stages in hard dance, from Tomorrowland to Defqon.1. Having my tracks supported by guys like Hardwell, Timmy Trumpet, and Headhunterz has been unreal — but it also pushed me to perfect my sound. Over the years, my absolute main focus became crafting kicks that stay tight, loud, and controlled on massive festival speakers.
I constantly got messages from other producers asking how I build my kicks and why they translate so well in my sets. At some point, I realized I wanted to share that knowledge.
What I bring to Kick Forge Audio is that exact technical obsession. I want to save you the endless hours of trial and error by providing kicks that I have personally battle-tested. It's about giving you that solid foundation, so you can trust your low-end from the studio straight to the mainstage.
SVEN
I've spent most of my career behind the curtain as a producer, quietly shaping kicks and sounds that have ended up in tracks you've definitely heard on the biggest stages. While trends in the scene come and go, my absolute focus has always stayed the same: building kickdrums entirely from scratch that don't just hit hard on their own, but actually work perfectly within a full mix.
For me, Kick Forge Audio is a natural extension of my daily studio process. After years of refining these techniques alongside Wesley, I realized it was time to take the exact tools and high-level standards I use every day, and make them accessible to you.
My philosophy here is simple: no filler, no recycled sounds. I design every single kick from the ground up with the same intense attention to detail required at the highest level of the industry. I want to provide you with solid, ready-to-use foundations, so you can work faster, trust your low-end, and focus on making your tracks sound massive.
HOW WE FORGE.
Four rules we don't break. They're the difference between a sample pack and a foundation.
Pro-tier, not copy-paste.
Our kicks sit comfortably next to anything you'll hear from top hard-dance artists — that's the standard. But every sample is its own thing, not a clone of someone else's track.
Mixed in a pro studio.
Every kick is engineered and dialed in on professional studio monitors — the same setup used to mix the tracks you hear on releases. Honest low-end, accurate stereo, no guesswork.
Engineered from scratch.
Every sample is built from the ground up using different production methods — layering, synthesis, processing chains. Different techniques, different results, every kick unique in its own way.
Curated, not flooded.
We'd rather ship 20 great kicks than 200 mediocre ones. Monthly drops are tight, focused, and useable — no filler.
KICKS HEARD ON.
Plus tracks released under Sven's ghost productions for top-tier artists — names protected by NDA.
USE THE SAME KICKS
WE DO.
No watered-down sample-pack filler. Every kick built to the same standard we trust on our own tracks.
