Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kick Forge Audio. We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our digital audio products and subscriptions.
1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital data, we have a strict no-refund policy once a sample pack, custom kick, or any other digital product has been downloaded or accessed through our portal.
By downloading or accessing the content, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a cooling-off period and waive your right to a refund. Please ensure that the product you are purchasing is what you need before completing your transaction.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Kick Forge Pro or Elite subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. For example, if you cancel halfway through your billing month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days.
3. Kick Forge Elite (First-Month Guarantee)
We offer a special first-month guarantee exclusively for our Kick Forge Elite members within the first 30 days of their initial subscription. Depending on your usage, the following rules apply:
- Full Refund: If you have not downloaded any samples from the general library AND have not submitted a request for your Custom Kick, you are eligible for a full refund and immediate cancellation.
- Downgrade to Pro (Partial Refund): If you have downloaded samples from the general library, but have not submitted a request for your Custom Kick, you are not eligible for a full refund. However, you may request to downgrade your first month to a Pro subscription. We will refund the price difference, and your account will be converted to the Pro tier.
- No Refund: Once you submit a brief/request for your Custom Kick, your Elite subscription is fully locked in and no refunds will be permitted. This is because the fee covers the immediate labor and studio time required to forge your exclusive sound.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same subscription or product twice within a 24-hour period due to a technical error.
- Technical Failure: The audio file is corrupted or technically defective, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take fraud very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or PayPal after downloading our products, your Kick Forge Audio account will be permanently banned, and your license to use any downloaded Kick Forge samples will be immediately revoked.
